While the Premium Hoodie and Premium Crew-Neck have similar fits with exceptional long sleeves, the other styles vary in shape. Ensure the right fit by checking the size guide, located on each product page.
Recommendations for guys & girls: + Premium Hoodie & Premium Crew-Neck - take your usual size for an oversized look + Thin Crew-Neck, Premium T-Shirt, Premium Sherpa Jacket - size one up for an oversized look + If you are between 2 sizes, always size up.
Lastly, as we have regular fit items and oversized fit items, check in "All products" and use our Filter "Tags" to filter for regular fit and oversized fit
The short answer is "no".
SOHVI does not produce in advance. You place an order, and only then does your order go into production.
However, if the product is found to have a genuine quality issue, we will offer either a replacement or a refund. In these situations please:
Contact us via our contact form within 14 days of receiving the product.
Provide your order number, write a clear description of the quality issue, and provide us with images of the quality issue.
Our team will review your case and guide you through the appropriate resolution process, which may include returning the item to us to receive a replacement or refund.
We produce exclusively in Germany. The usual production time takes 4 working days but can vary depending on the demand for orders. Once your products receive their final touch-up, they will be directly sent to you. The additional delivery times can be found here.
